Kippap shall not be held liable for technical issues caused by not meeting these specific requirements.
5. Student Obligations, Behavior, and Discipline
Kippap is a place where students can learn and prepare for the Civil Engineering Board Exam, and the Student is expected to behave accordingly during the whole duration of the review program. Change of Package
A change of package is an upgrade or downgrade and is subject to availability of slots.
Upgrade of Package
An upgrade refers to upgrading to a higher tier. The amount to be settled is the difference between the prevailing rates at the time when the upgrade is approved. You may check Kippap's website (https://www.kippap.com/plans) for the different tiers of enrollment and inclusions.
Downgrade of Package
Once a package has been selected and paid for by the Student, it cannot be downgraded to a lower tier package. The Student acknowledges that the chosen package is non-negotiable and non-refundable. Any requests for a downgrade of packages will not be entertained. It is the responsibility of the Student to carefully consider their package selection before making payment. Should the Student require additional services or upgrades, they may discuss such options with the Kippap Admin for possible arrangements
Transfer Option to Kippap APRIL / MAY 2025 Review Program
All of those who availed the Full Package program are eligible to the Transfer Option to the next batch of our review program for the next CE board exam. The Student may avail of this offer only until September 29, 2024.
If the Student wishes to transfer on or before September 29, there is an additional fee of P2,000. Kindly inform us of your decision via email and we will promptly provide you with the necessary details to process your transaction. Alternatively, if you wish to transfer on or after September 30, the additional fee will be P5,500.
Please be aware that selecting the Transfer Option will result in the deactivation of your current account with us, thereby restricting access to our review materials and video lectures. However, rest assured that your account will be reactivated, granting access to our review materials once more in preparation for our APRIL / MAY 2025 Review Program later this year.
